During the height of summer my hayfever is very bad. I suffer from most pollens: flowers, grass and trees. This January, my wife and I decided to have a little detox and upped our dosage to 3 times a day. This detox ran for two weeks. During this period we had some severely hot days and it took my wife to notice that I wasn't suffering from my usual hayfever symptoms at all. No itchy throat or eyes. No sneezing or wheezing.
I had already decided not to take anti histamines as the side effects weren't very nice - they also use all sorts of dodgy filling agents in the tablets, such as talc, chalk and lactose so I wanted to avoid these as much as possible.
I was pretty surprised, I have always known my hayfever was pretty bad. My naturopath had advised me that it could also be diet related so I had stopped eating milk and bread (most grains really) and noticed a significant difference in my general health but the allergies were still there, until I started to take In-Liven regularly, now I don't take them at all! Yippee!

I have been using the In-Liven probiotic regularly for 4 months now, since my daughter was a month old and began having colic. I am breastfeeding and found that her colic symptoms improved greatly after about a week of my taking In-Liven. I have also lost around 15 kilos (from a size 16 down to a size 10), and no longer retain too much fluid since I started taking it. After eating In-Liven for three months, I have lost most sugar and carb cravings, bowel movements are fantastic and one odd thing is a fungus infection that I have had under 2 of my toe nails for FOUR YEARS!!!!!! On one toe nail it has completely disappeared and on the other it is about half gone. I can't believe it! I refused to take prescription medication to clear these infections up as I totally disagree with taking medication and the cost was absolutely exorbitant. So, I am pleasantly shocked to see that it is nearly gone.
